Who runs this site? I'm an amateur who goes by kusaru online. After discovering Neocities in about 2021, I was really inspired by other sites here and taught myself some basic HTML/CSS. Some bare-bones front-end developement is all I know right now, but I plan on expanding my coding knowledge when I have the time.
